Brief: to transform a rather unwelcoming 10 bed bed-no-breakfast property into a welcoming, calm, cosy respite hotel for guests looking for a bit of TLC during their stay.

The budget: as little as possible!

The project was finished to the original estimate, and the result achieved by using good quality budget retailers, doing most of the work in-house and upcycling/using second hand finds.
