Show Home Design and Installation

I offer a bespoke interior design scheme tailored to your target market and aligned with the value of the property. I will recommend which rooms need staging to make the most impact (to reduce spend maybe not all rooms have to be staged). I then design, source and install the show home from start to finish, leaving then property ready for the photo shoot, which I will attend to ensure that your property looks its best online.

The furniture, art and accessories may be rented, in which case once you have sold your property we will simply come and collect everything, leaving you with an empty property and no stress. If you plan to sell the show home furnished, I simply price up for purchase. If you prefer, we can price for both and you can decide which fits your need best.

Cost: The tendering consultation, site visit and quotation are free of charge.

The quotation will include:

• Complete design and design boards to demonstrate how beautiful your interior will be when finished

• 3D CAD floorplans showing the position of furniture, furnishings and accessories

• Cost of renting furniture, if relevant

• Full inventory list + cost

• Project managing the installation from start to finish

• Final styling installation, preparation for the photo shoot.
